Green Doctors

Green Doctors is an independently owned medical clinic offering affordable telehealth consultations for patients across New Zealand seeking support through medicinal cannabis treatments. Raise Communications has partnered with Green Doctors to boost their public profile and engage new patients through strategic PR and social media activity.

Purpose

Our aim was to build awareness of Green Doctors, position its founder as an industry leader, educate the public on the benefits of medicinal cannabis, and ultimately attract new patients to the clinic.

Plan
Raise Communications led a proactive PR campaign, developing a media release and CEO biography to pitch to key national and lifestyle outlets. A social media strategy was also developed and implemented, structured around ten key content pillars - from clinic updates to patient education and community engagement. Raise continues to create ongoing content, run targeted promotions, and grow the clinic’s social media presence.

Impact
The PR campaign secured standout media coverage in the National Business Review, Stuff.co.nz, Ponsonby News, and Capsule NZ helping increase brand awareness and cement Green Doctors’ credibility. Since Raise has managed the Green Doctors social media, Facebook link clicks are up 3.7K%, reach is up 1.3K%, visits are up 111% and follows are up by 59% . The clinic is seeing increased recognition as a trusted, expert-led provider of medicinal cannabis support.
